Congratulations to all who competed in the 2019 Australian National Rowing Championships.
Congratulations to the St Peter's College First Eight, who placed 7th in the A-Final of the School Boy Eight at the Australian Rowing National Championships ahead of Geelong Grammar. This places them 7th out of the 20 crews from all across Australia. What a great achievement! The crew consisted of George Nery, Josh Dunstan, Ben Ashman, Jack Kelsh, Oliver Cobain, Max Linton, James Andrewartha, Harry Sclater and Tim Prince (c), coached by James McRae. Congratulations boys.
The Blackmore Club would also like to congratulate the Coxed Four from St Peter's who came 3rd in the B-Final of the School Boy Four. This places them 11th out of 18 crews from across Australia, which is also an amazing achievement for these boys. The crew consisted of Jack Pamminger, Luca Wilson, Maximillian Behrens, Alexander Rowe and Felix Pyne, coached by Aleco Lanfranco.
We would also like to recognise our Director of Rowing, Tim Hennessy, for all of his work in enabling this trip to be possible.
